Diet Tips....Ugh

Good Morning Monday!!

I'm at work and pondering the best way to go about embarking about losing a "quick" 10 lbs.  I've done all the diets out there - Nutrasystem, Jenny Craig, South Beach, etc.  You name it - I've done it. 

I know nothing is superior to the good old "proper diet and exercise", but I was hoping somebody had some tips for jump-starting a diet.  How about 5 lbs. in a week?  I'm a results-oriented type of person and I just want to kick off my healthy living campaign wtih a bang - so to speak. 

Hard to believe a year ago I was 20 lbs. lighter - what the hell happened?  Oh, now I remember - I stopped giving a crap.  Ok, well I'm back now and need to get back into my size 6s. 

Any help is appreciated!!
